"A newly discovered clotting factor, also known as clotting factor XXIV/VII, essential in the prevention of massive haemorrhage and hematemesis due to complications of the Medical School Syndrome (MSS)"
Friday, May 27, 2005Phrygian...I was at my ex-music school's bass and electric guitar audition this morning, as my younger sister was scheduled to perform as one of the senior students. Sitting initially at the last row, I watched as the students prepared themselves to perform, some being their very first time, while others were seasoned performers. It was arranged that the newer students performed first, saving the best for last.
As the students played songs from all sorts of genre, I was reminded of the good old days when I learnt all those variety of songs. After 3 years in medical school, I was wondering if I could even play them anymore. As I mentioned earlier, I went to watch my sister, who was performing second last, and more importantly, I went to watch my beloved electric guitar, Phrygian, appear on stage. Since I bought it a few years back, I have not done justice to it, as it was mainly left at home in my room gathering dust, while I was in KL.
